Can I use the Electronic Interchange Guide on a Network?
Each Electronic Interchange Guide is a single user CD, and must be in the drive for it to function.
The program can be installed on multiple machines, but can only be in use where the CD resides.
It will not function on a LAN.
How many people may use the CD Version?
The CD version was designed for a single user only.
Are there price discounts for volume purchases and/or multiple purchases?
Please call for specific pricing on volume orders.
Is custom database leasing available?

What if I want to have shipping billed to my preferred vendor account?
If you want to use your own shipping vendor and charge it to your own account
please choose the shipping option "Charge My Account - Enter info in Ordering Instructions" -
be sure to enter your shipping vendor name and account number in
the "Ordering Instructions" box. You will see a $10.00 charge that is for handling, which applies to all orders.
Do you ship world wide?
Yes. We use DHL for overseas orders and UPS for all others, unless you choose to
use your own shipper and provide us your account information so it can be directly
charged to your account.
What if I want to have my order payable by check?
Simply place your order using the shopping cart. Under Select payment type choose
"Check In Advance". Please note your oder will not be shipped until we receive payment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards, wire transfers and checks.
Do you accept wire transfers?
Yes. A $50.00 fee applies to all wire transfers. When using this payment method
at the shopping cart screen be sure to click the link CLICK HERE to add this wire transfer fee to
add the fee. If you do not add this wire transfer fee we will add the fee manually when we process your order.

Do you accept mail/fax orders?
YES! Add the items you want to your shopping cart. Click on the "Checkout" button and complete all fields. Then print the page.
